Will the car be altered?
No. The vehicle is preserved pixel for pixel: wheels, brake calipers, headlight internals, badges, panel gaps, paint texture and the licence plate stay identical. Only the background changes, and lighting, shadows and paint reflections are adapted so the car looks naturally photographed in the new scene.
What file formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC (the default iPhone format). Each file can be up to 25 MB and you can send up to 20 photos in one order.
How do I receive my photos?
Results appear on screen as soon as each photo is ready, usually about 30 seconds per image, and the same files are emailed to the address you entered at checkout. You can also keep the results page open to download everything.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no membership. You upload, pay per photo and receive the results. We only use your email address to deliver the finished images and your receipt.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout, so your card details never touch our servers. We do not store card numbers.
Can I use the photos commercially for listings?
Yes. You keep the rights to your photos and to the edited results, including for dealership listings, classified ads, rental catalogues and marketing. Make sure the original photo is yours or you have permission to use it.
What resolution do I get?
You get back a full-resolution image that matches the framing of your original, delivered as a high-quality JPG or PNG. We never downscale the car, so close-ups of wheels and lights stay sharp.
What is the price, and are there extra costs?
A flat $1.99 per photo. There are no subscriptions, no memberships and no hidden fees. You see the exact total before you pay.
What if I am not happy with a result?
If a result is not usable, for example a visible artefact on the car or an unconvincing background, contact us within 7 days with the order email. We will re-run the photo with a different scene or refund that image.
What kinds of photos work best?
A whole vehicle, sharp, in daylight, shot at roughly eye level or slightly lower works best. Cars partly hidden behind other objects or heavily cropped can still be processed, but a clear outline gives the cleanest edges.
